Recommended Use:
Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve nervousness, as a sleep aid in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress, and as an antispasmodic to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation.
Recommended Dose:
Adults 2-3ml 2-3 times per day
Cautions and Warnings:

Consumption with alcohol, other drugs and/or natural heath products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks.
Contraindications:
